Hello there, I’m LILLIAN Holloway, a 38-year-old Brit now proudly calling Dubai home. My journey into the culinary world wasn’t scripted from the start—it was blended, shaken, and stirred over years of curiosity, trial, and an ever-growing passion for clean, nourishing food.
Growing up in a cozy village near Bath, my early days were filled with the comforting smells of Sunday roasts and my mum’s legendary apple crumble. But it wasn’t until my late twenties, after a life pivot from a high-stress corporate job, that I realized my heart belonged in the kitchen—or more accurately, at the blender.
Dubai has been an incredible canvas for my food journey.
