Description

A creamy and refreshing Avocolada Tropical Smoothie made with avocado, pineapple, and coconut water. Perfect for breakfast, snack, or post-workout energy.


Ingredients

1 ripe avocado (halved and peeled)

1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

1/2 cup coconut water or coconut milk

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

1 teaspoon honey or agave (optional)

1/2 cup ice cubes


Instructions

1. Cut and scoop avocado into blender.

2. Add pineapple, coconut water or milk, and lime juice.

3. Add honey if using, and ice cubes.

4. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

5. Taste and adjust sweetness or consistency if needed.

6. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

You can use frozen pineapple for a thicker texture.

Coconut milk creates a richer version, while coconut water keeps it light.
