Description

A creamy and fruity Bahama Mama tropical smoothie made with frozen strawberries, pineapple, coconut milk, and a touch of white chocolate. Dairy-free, delicious, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1/2 cup coconut milk (or almond milk)

1 tablespoon white chocolate chips or syrup

Optional: 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional: 1/2 banana

Optional: 1/4 cup orange juice or splash of mango juice

Instructions

1. Pour coconut milk into the bottom of your blender.

2. Add strawberries, pineapple, and white chocolate chips.

3. Include optional banana, protein powder, or juice if using.

4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.

5. Check texture; add more liquid if needed.

6. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, reduce liquid or add more frozen fruit.

Omit white chocolate for a lighter version.

Store any leftovers in a sealed jar for up to 24 hours.

Freeze in ice cube trays for quick blending later.
