Ingredients
2 ripe banana
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup milk (or water)
Optional: 2–3 ice cubes
Optional: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Optional: 1 tbsp peanut butter or protein powder
Instructions
1. Add banana, yogurt, and milk to the blender.
2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
3. If using fresh banana, add ice for a colder smoothie.
4. Taste and add honey if desired.
5. Serve immediately or store in a jar for up to 24 hours.
