Description
This bariatric seed tea recipe is a gentle 3-seed infusion that supports digestion, reduces bloating, and promotes natural weight loss. Ideal as a daily wellness ritual.
Ingredients
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp ajwain (carom) seeds
3 cups filtered water
Optional: lemon juice, cinnamon stick, stevia or monk fruit drops
Optional: 1 scoop unflavored protein or collagen (if using as post-workout tea)
Instructions
1. Dry-roast cumin, fennel, and ajwain seeds in a pan over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until aromatic.
2. Add 3 cups of filtered water to the pan.
3. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 10–12 minutes.
4. Strain into a glass jar or thermos.
5. Sip warm or refrigerate and serve over ice.
6. Optional: Add lemon, cinnamon, or sweetener after cooling slightly.
Notes
Avoid adding sweeteners while tea is hot.
Pairs beautifully with light smoothies or detox drinks.
Store in fridge for up to 48 hours.
