Description

A fun, dessert-inspired shot that tastes just like chocolate cake with only two main ingredients. Perfect for parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

Scale

1 oz Frangelico (hazelnut liqueur)

1 oz vodka (plain or chocolate-flavored)

1 lemon wedge (for serving)

Organic cane sugar (to rim the glass)

Optional: drop of vanilla extract or cacao nib infusion

Instructions

1. Chill your shot glass in the freezer for a few minutes.

2. Rub the lemon wedge along the rim of the shot glass, then dip it in sugar to coat.

3. In a cocktail shaker, add vodka and Frangelico with ice.

4. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to chill.

5. Strain into the prepared shot glass.

6. Serve immediately with the sugared lemon wedge as a chaser after the shot.

Notes

You can substitute cane sugar with monk fruit or coconut sugar.

Try chocolate-infused vodka or add a splash of espresso for variation.

Best served fresh—do not batch prepare hours in advance.
