Description
A refreshing detox island green smoothie packed with leafy greens, tropical fruit, and fresh ginger. Great for digestion, skin glow, and clean energy.
Ingredients
1 cup fresh spinach
½ cup kale, stems removed
½ cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
1 medium ripe banana
1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
¾ cup cold water or coconut water
½ cup ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Add spinach and kale to your blender along with the water.
2. Add frozen mango, pineapple, banana, and ginger.
3. Top with ice if using.
4. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds or until smooth.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
You can substitute banana with ¼ avocado for lower sugar and added creaminess.
Add 1 tablespoon chia or flax seeds for extra fiber and protein.
Use coconut water for extra electrolytes and a tropical twist.
