A skin-nourishing glowing green smoothie packed with spinach, pineapple, avocado, and chia seeds for a naturally radiant boost.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach (or kale)
1/2 cup pineapple (fresh or frozen)
1/2 banana
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup coconut water (or water)
Juice of 1/4 lemon
Optional: mint leaves or cucumber
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
2. Blend until completely smooth (about 45–60 seconds).
3. Taste and adjust: add more water for thinner texture or more pineapple for sweetness.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
5. Optionally top with chia or mint.
Notes
Use frozen fruit to chill your smoothie without ice.
Swap coconut water for almond milk if preferred.
Add protein powder for a meal replacement.
