Description
This green detox smoothie is a refreshing blend of leafy greens, citrus, and fiber-rich fruits designed to naturally support digestion, energy, and glowing skin.
Ingredients
1 cup spinach
1/2 cucumber (sliced)
1/2 green apple (cored and chopped)
1 celery stalk (chopped)
1/2 inch fresh ginger (peeled)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tbsp chia seeds
3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup ice (optional)
Instructions
1. Add almond milk to blender first.
2. Add spinach, cucumber, green apple, celery, and ginger.
3. Squeeze in lemon juice.
4. Add chia seeds on top.
5. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds until smooth.
6. Add ice and pulse if you prefer a colder drink.
7. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen cucumber or apple for a colder smoothie without watering it down.
You can substitute spinach with kale or swiss chard.
Drink immediately for best flavor and texture.
