Description

This lemon balm recipe for weight loss is a calming, metabolism-friendly herbal drink made with fresh lemon balm, ginger, cucumber, and green tea. It helps regulate cortisol, support hydration, and reduce cravings—ideal for daily fat-burning support.

Ingredients

Scale

1 cup fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tsp dried)

1 tsp green tea (optional)

1 slice fresh ginger

4 cucumber slices

Juice of ½ lemon

2 cups filtered water

¼ tsp pink salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Boil the water, then let it cool for 1 minute (do not use boiling water directly).

2. Add lemon balm, ginger, and green tea to an infuser or teapot.

3. Pour in the hot water and steep for 7–8 minutes.

4. Strain the liquid and stir in the lemon juice.

5. Add cucumber slices and pink salt.

6. Stir well and serve chilled or warm.

Notes

Use cooled boiled water to preserve the herb’s nutrients.

Avoid adding sugar; opt for monk fruit or stevia if needed.

Chill and store for up to 24 hours for best flavor.
