This lemon balm tea recipe is a calming herbal infusion made with lemon balm leaves, lemon slices, and honey. It’s perfect for reducing anxiety, aiding digestion, and promoting restful sleep.
Ingredients
20 fresh lemon balm leaves (or 2 tbsp dried)
1 quart purified water
1–2 tsp raw honey (optional)
2 lemon slices
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil in a kettle or pot.
2. Pour the hot water over the lemon balm leaves in a teapot.
3. Let steep for at least 10 minutes.
4. Strain into a cup.
5. Add honey and lemon slices if desired.
6. Serve warm or refrigerate to enjoy chilled.
Notes
