Description
A natural Zepbound-inspired drink made from fiber, vinegar, lemon, and cinnamon to support blood sugar, energy, and appetite naturally.
Ingredients
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
½ tsp grated fresh ginger or ¼ tsp powdered ginger
1 tbsp chia seeds (soaked 10 minutes)
½ green apple or ½ cup frozen berries
1 cup cold water or unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
1. Soak chia seeds in water for 10 minutes.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender.
3. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
4. Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to allow thickening.
5. Pour into a glass and enjoy cold.
6. Optionally, follow with a glass of water for extra hydration.
Notes
Start with half the vinegar if you’re sensitive. Best consumed on an empty stomach or before meals. Can be customized with turmeric, MCT oil, or a scoop of plant protein. Keep refrigerated if making ahead (up to 2 days).
