This peanut butter fruit smoothie recipe blends creamy nut butter with banana, berries, and plant-based milk for a rich, satisfying breakfast or snack.
Ingredients
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons peanut butter (natural)
1 cup oat or almond milk
1/2 cup ice (optional)
1 teaspoon chia seeds (optional)
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
Instructions
1. Add banana, strawberries, yogurt, and peanut butter to your blender.
2. Pour in milk and add chia seeds if using.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice if you prefer a colder texture and blend again.
5. Taste and add honey or syrup if you want a sweeter blend.
6. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
You can swap strawberries for raspberries or blueberries.
Use plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.
To make it more filling, add 1/4 cup rolled oats before blending.
