Ingredients
1/4 tsp finely ground Himalayan pink salt
1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/4 lemon)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
8–12 oz warm filtered water
Instructions
1. Add warm filtered water to a glass.
2. Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until fully dissolved.
3. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice.
4. Add raw honey if desired, and stir.
5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach.
