Ingredients
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (whey or pea)
½ cup frozen blueberries
½ green apple, chopped
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ avocado
¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
½ tsp cinnamon
Ice cubes (optional)
Instructions
1. Add protein powder, frozen blueberries, chopped apple, avocado, and chia seeds into a blender.
2. Pour in almond milk and sprinkle in cinnamon.
3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
4. Add ice cubes for a chilled texture if desired.
5. Taste and adjust with lemon juice or stevia, if needed.
Notes
This smoothie is ideal for breakfast or a post-workout meal.
To boost fat-burning, add 1 tsp apple cider vinegar or matcha powder.
