Description

Ingredients

1 cup fresh or frozen spinach

1 banana

½ cup frozen mango

¾ cup almond milk

1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)

Ice cubes (optional)


Instructions

1. Add spinach and almond milk to blender. Blend until smooth.

2. Add banana, mango, and chia seeds.

3. Blend again until creamy.

4. Add ice if desired and blend one more time.

5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.

Notes

For iron absorption, add a splash of orange or lemon juice.
