Ingredients
1 cup orange juice (no pulp)
½ cup frozen mango chunks
½ cup frozen pineapple chunks
½ banana (fresh or frozen)
Optional: 1 tbsp Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
Optional: 1 tsp chia seeds or protein powder
Instructions
1. Add orange juice to the blender as your base.
2. Add the frozen mango, pineapple, and banana.
3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
4. Optional: Add protein, yogurt, or seeds and blend again.
5. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
Notes
Use frozen fruit to create a cold, thick texture without ice.
Substitute half the orange juice with coconut water for a lighter version.
For extra fiber and creaminess, blend in a tablespoon of oats or avocado.
