A creamy, protein-rich smoothie inspired by Tropical Smoothie Café’s Peanut Paradise. Made with frozen banana, peanut butter, yogurt, and protein powder – perfect for breakfast or post-workout.


Ingredients

2 tbsp peanut butter

¾ cup non-fat Greek yogurt

½ cup almond milk (or any milk)

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

Optional: ice cubes

Optional: sweetener like honey or maple syrup


Instructions

1. Freeze banana for at least 2 hours.

2. Add all ingredients into a blender.

3. Blend until smooth and creamy.

4. Adjust thickness with milk or ice.

5. Serve immediately and garnish if desired.
